Good design needs to communicate to the target market in a way that resonates with them.
I have been working with large and small brands for more than a decade to help solve their creative and communication needs in a way taht resonates with their market. My career has allowed me to manage the design team/brand in a rapidly changing mobile market, help position various tech companies as industry leaders, as well as enable small companies find their voice and brand.
Whether that means, putting pencil to paper, logging long hours in the creative suite, meetings with stakeholders to define their needs and desired outcomes, or managing outside contractors/agencies to ensure that the businesses goals are being met. I find myself most encouraged when i am able to bring the teams vision to life!
